Ltd., protected by international copyright laws.
3. Bookstore & Purchases
Orders for hardcover and paperback titles (including The Lost Ship, Understanding the World of Crypto, and The Pearl) placed directly through this platform are fulfilled in order of receipt. Author-signed bookplates are provided subject to schedule availability.
4. Keynote Engagements & Speaking Inquiries
Submitting a speaking or preaching inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed contract. Official bookings are subject to direct confirmation, availability verification, and execution of a formal speaking agreement with Stanley Simon’s management team.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable international commercial arbitrations, with jurisdiction in Ernakulam/Kochi, Kerala.
