The foundation of Stanley’s worldview was forged far from corporate boardrooms. His early professional years were defined by extensive, grassroots faith-based service. Operating as an evangelist and missionary, he undertook rigorous travel schedules across Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australia.

He did not merely preach; he listened. He observed the daily struggles of populations rich in human capital but systematically excluded from global economic participation. He witnessed firsthand how a lack of financial literacy and transparent infrastructure kept communities trapped in cycles of dependency.
